Questo attiva il substrato neurale del controllo inibitorio reattivo (giro frontale inferiore destro, nuclei subtalamici).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicando il modello della corsa indipendente (Logan, 1994), permette di stimare lo <strong>Stop-Signal Reaction Time (SSRT)<\/strong>: la latenza interna del processo inibitorio, praticamente inaccessibile con qualsiasi altro paradigma. Nel <strong>25% dei trial<\/strong>, dopo un breve ritardo (SSD) la freccia viene sostituita da una <strong>mano rossa<\/strong> che indica che deve inibire la risposta. Totale: <strong>200 trial<\/strong> (150 Go + 50 Stop).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019SSD inizia a 250 ms e si regola dinamicamente: <strong>+50 ms se inibisce correttamente<\/strong> (diventa pi\u00f9 difficile), <strong>-50 ms se fallisce<\/strong> (diventa pi\u00f9 facile). Questo algoritmo mantiene il tasso di successo a ~50%, condizione necessaria per il calcolo valido del SSRT.
