(1956)<\/strong> e reso popolare da Conners nell\u2019ADHD, il CPT \u00e8 il test di riferimento per valutare l\u2019attenzione sostenuta. La sua struttura di tipo go\/no-go mette alla prova la <strong>vigilanza<\/strong>, la <strong>discriminazione percettiva<\/strong> (Teoria del Rilevamento del Segnale) e il <strong>controllo inibitorio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019apparente semplicit\u00e0 nasconde un\u2019elevata sensibilit\u00e0 clinica: rileva difficolt\u00e0 attentive in ADHD, sclerosi multipla, TBI, schizofrenia e malattie neurodegenerative (Riccio et al., 2002; Huang-Pollock et al., 2012). Il paziente deve premere la barra spaziatrice (o l\u2019area tattile) davanti a <strong>qualsiasi lettera tranne la &#8220;X&#8221;<\/strong>. La proporzione target \u00e8 90\/10 (lettere non-X \/ lettere X).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I 360 trial sono distribuiti in <strong>18 sottoblocchi da 20 trial<\/strong>, con intervalli tra stimoli (ISI) di <strong>1, 2 o 4 secondi<\/strong> randomizzati. Non c\u2019\u00e8 feedback durante la prova.
