Son int\u00e9r\u00eat r\u00e9side dans le fait que cette intervention non invasive pourrait optimiser la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration cognitive et fonctionnelle, r\u00e9duisant la dur\u00e9e et augmentant l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des programmes de r\u00e9habilitation chez les patients pr\u00e9sentant des s\u00e9quelles invalidantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Importance de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude pour un public non sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imaginez qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s un AVC il vous soit difficile de voir ou d&rsquo;orienter votre attention vers un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de votre corps. Cela rend tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9 de s&rsquo;habiller, de marcher ou m\u00eame de lire. Cette \u00e9tude examine une technique innovante et s\u00fbre de stimulation c\u00e9r\u00e9brale non invasive qui, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 des exercices de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation, pourrait aider le cerveau \u00e0 mieux retrouver ces fonctions et permettre aux personnes atteintes de retrouver davantage d&rsquo;autonomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9thodologie utilis\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a utilis\u00e9 un plan exp\u00e9rimental triple aveugle, avec attribution al\u00e9atoire et contr\u00f4le parall\u00e8le. L&rsquo;intervention a consist\u00e9 en<strong> 10 s\u00e9ances de HD-tDCS (20 min \u00e0 2 mA) sur le cortex pari\u00e9tal post\u00e9rieur gauche<\/strong>, combin\u00e9es \u00e0 un programme informatis\u00e9 de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation neuropsychologique, <a href=\"https:\/\/neuronup.com\/fr\/\">NeuronUP<\/a>. Des changements des fonctions attentionnelles et des performances fonctionnelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s au moyen de tests cognitifs et d&rsquo;\u00e9chelles fonctionnelles, avant et apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;intervention. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus dans le cas pilote ont montr\u00e9 <strong>des am\u00e9liorations quantitatives dans plusieurs tests sp\u00e9cifiques <\/strong>li\u00e9s \u00e0 la n\u00e9gligence spatiale, tels que le test des cloches, le test d&rsquo;annulation, la bisection de lignes et le Motor-Free Visual Perception Test. De plus, on a observ\u00e9 une <strong>augmentation de l&rsquo;autonomie fonctionnelle<\/strong> mesur\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de Barthel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent que la <strong>combinaison du HD-tDCS avec un entra\u00eenement cognitif peut favoriser la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des fonctions attentionnelles alt\u00e9r\u00e9es <\/strong>et am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie des patients apr\u00e8s un <a href=\"https:\/\/neuronup.com\/fr\/activites-de-neuro-reeducation\/activites-pour-les-lesions-cerebrales\/9-exercices-de-reeducation-apres-un-accident-vasculaire-cerebral\/\">AVC<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9thodologie utilis\u00e9e pour un public non sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a con\u00e7u un traitement qui combine un courant \u00e9lectrique doux appliqu\u00e9 sur une zone pr\u00e9cise du cerveau \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un bonnet combin\u00e9 avec <a href=\"https:\/\/neuronup.com\/fr\/activites-de-neuro-reeducation\/activites-pour-les-fonctions-cognitives\/activites-dattention\/10-activites-pour-travailler-lattention-soutenue\/\">des exercices \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cran d&rsquo;un ordinateur qui stimulent l&rsquo;attention<\/a>. Cet entra\u00eenement a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 lors de courtes s\u00e9ances sur deux semaines et on a mesur\u00e9 s&rsquo;il aidait \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;attention et la vie quotidienne des patients.
