{"id":28333,"date":"2024-10-03T05:04:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-03T03:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neuronup.com\/?p=28333"},"modified":"2024-10-03T05:04:00","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T03:04:00","slug":"quest-ce-que-la-resilience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neuronup.com\/fr\/psychologie\/quest-ce-que-la-resilience\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la r\u00e9silience ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-xl-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">La neuropsic\u00f3loga Cristina Mart\u00ednez de Toda nos habla sobre <strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la r\u00e9silience ?<\/strong> y las caracter\u00edsticas de las personas resilientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abJ&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 un homme chanceux, dans la vie rien ne m&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 facile\u00bb.<\/p>\n<cite>Sigmund Freud<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la vie, t\u00f4t ou tard, nous sommes tous confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des moments difficiles: La enfermedad o muerte de un ser querido, una ruptura amorosa, problemas econ\u00f3micos o p\u00e9rdida de trabajo, crisis personales\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9silience est la capacit\u00e9 que tenemos los seres humanos de enfrentarnos a una situaci\u00f3n adversa, adaptarnos con flexibilidad, y salir fortalecidos de ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La r\u00e9silience est la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;admettre qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;existe pas une vie dure, sino momentos dif\u00edciles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caract\u00e9ristiques des personnes r\u00e9silientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe une <strong>diff\u00e9rence<\/strong> subtile entre la <strong>r\u00e9silience <\/strong>y la <strong>r\u00e9sistance<\/strong>. En esta \u00faltima se trata de resistir inc\u00f3lume, con una resistencia de tipo pasiva. En la resiliencia, la persona no es como una roca que aguanta las embestidas. Cuando hablamos de resiliencia, la persona es como el bamb\u00fa, flexible, que se adapta a la situaci\u00f3n adversa y consigue trascender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les personnes r\u00e9silientes sont ce qu&rsquo;elles sont gracias a lo que superan, no por lo que logran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>personnes r\u00e9silientes <\/strong>se permettent de se r\u00e9tablir, <strong>ne se laissent pas abattre,<\/strong> g\u00e8rent la pression et <strong>surmontent la tristesse.<\/strong> Elles sont capables de grandir malgr\u00e9 les probl\u00e8mes, et de vivre avec un sens de l&rsquo;humour. Elles apprennent de leurs erreurs et affrontent les probl\u00e8mes. Elles savent contr\u00f4ler les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives et mobiliser leurs comp\u00e9tences en moments difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un exemple de r\u00e9silience de groupe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tous conocemos la <strong>tragedia<\/strong> que sacudi\u00f3 a New York, <strong>\u00c9tats-Unis<\/strong>, el fat\u00eddico<strong> 11 de septiembre <\/strong>del 2001. La <strong>poblaci\u00f3n estadounidense<\/strong> s&rsquo;<strong>est unie<\/strong> de mani\u00e8re <strong>politique et sociale<\/strong> de un modo nunca antes visto. Esta cohesionada resiliencia es un ejemplo admirable de c\u00f3mo un grupo de personas, e incluso una naci\u00f3n, puede unirse y renacer de sus cenizas tras el desastre, y resurgir transformada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un ejemplo de resiliencia individual<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Viktor Frankl<\/strong> pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale a \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>prisonnier dans un camp de concentration<\/strong> junto a su familia y su mujer. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 le <strong>seul survivant<\/strong>. Elle se r\u00e9f\u00e8re aussi \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de maintenir une distance \u00e9motionnelle et physique;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>la capacit\u00e9 de se relier<\/strong> : \u00e9tablir des liens avec d&rsquo;autres personnes. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrer le besoin d&rsquo;affection avec l&rsquo;attitude de se donner aux autres,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>l&rsquo;initiative<\/strong> : le plaisir de se mettre au d\u00e9fi et de se tester;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>l&rsquo;humour<\/strong> : pour trouver l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre la com\u00e9die et la trag\u00e9die,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<\/strong> : la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;ouvrir l&rsquo;esprit \u00e0 de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>la moralit\u00e9<\/strong> : entendue comme le d\u00e9sir de vouloir le bien-\u00eatre pour tous les \u00eatres humains et d&rsquo;\u00eatre capable de s&rsquo;engager envers cette valeur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le chemin de la r\u00e9silience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;APA (Association am\u00e9ricaine de psychologie), apr\u00e8s la trag\u00e9die du 11 septembre, a d\u00e9fini ces dix chemins pour promouvoir la r\u00e9silience entre ses citoyens, et leur fournir des outils efficaces pour surmonter les adversit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La r\u00e9silience peut s&rsquo;apprendre, la r\u00e9silience est un processus, pas une situation sp\u00e9ciale ni un moment d\u00e9termin\u00e9 dans le temps. Chaque personne pr\u00e9sente son propre processus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cr\u00e9er des liens,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9viter de voir les crises comme des probl\u00e8mes insurmontables,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accepter les changements comme partie du processus de la vie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avancer vers ses objectifs et d\u00e9finir des buts r\u00e9alistes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>agir avec d\u00e9termination face aux adversit\u00e9s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chercher des occasions de se d\u00e9finir soi-m\u00eame,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nourrir une vision positive de soi,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>garder la perspective; pr\u00e9voir le long terme et savoir recontextualiser les \u00e9v\u00e9nements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintenir une vision pleine d&rsquo;espoir,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prendre soin de soi: pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 ses propres besoins et sentiments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow
