Cela active le substrat neural du contr\u00f4le inhibiteur r\u00e9actif (gyrus frontal inf\u00e9rieur droit, noyaux sous-thalamiques).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En appliquant le mod\u00e8le de course ind\u00e9pendante (Logan, 1994), il permet d\u2019estimer le <strong>Stop-Signal Reaction Time (SSRT)<\/strong> : la latence interne du processus inhibiteur, pratiquement inaccessible avec tout autre paradigme. Dans <strong>25 % des essais<\/strong>, apr\u00e8s un bref d\u00e9lai (SSD), la fl\u00e8che est remplac\u00e9e par une <strong>main rouge<\/strong> indiquant qu\u2019il doit inhiber la r\u00e9ponse. Total : <strong>200 essais<\/strong> (150 Go + 50 Stop).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le SSD commence \u00e0 250 ms et s\u2019ajuste dynamiquement : <strong>+50 ms s\u2019il inhibe correctement<\/strong> (la t\u00e2che devient plus difficile), <strong>-50 ms s\u2019il \u00e9choue<\/strong> (elle devient plus facile). Cet algorithme maintient le taux de r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 ~50 %, condition n\u00e9cessaire pour un calcul valide du SSRT.
