(1956)<\/strong> et popularis\u00e9 par Conners dans le TDAH, le CPT est le test de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019attention soutenue. Sa structure de type go\/no-go met \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve la <strong>vigilance<\/strong>, la <strong>discrimination perceptive<\/strong> (th\u00e9orie de la d\u00e9tection du signal) et le <strong>contr\u00f4le inhibiteur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa simplicit\u00e9 apparente cache une grande sensibilit\u00e9 clinique : il d\u00e9tecte les difficult\u00e9s attentionnelles dans le TDAH, la scl\u00e9rose en plaques, le TCC, la schizophr\u00e9nie et les maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives (Riccio et al., 2002; Huang-Pollock et al., 2012). La proportion cible est de 90\/10 (lettres non-X \/ lettres X).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les 360 essais sont r\u00e9partis en <strong>18 sous-blocs de 20 essais<\/strong>, avec des intervalles entre stimuli (ISI) de <strong>1, 2 ou 4 secondes<\/strong> randomis\u00e9s. Il n\u2019y a pas de feedback pendant le test.
