Em seguida, foram coletados dados sociodemogr\u00e1ficos, cl\u00ednicos, de h\u00e1bitos digitais e de qualidade de vida. Por meio de testes padronizados, foi realizada uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o comportamental e neuropsicol\u00f3gica. Os participantes foram crian\u00e7as e jovens de 6 a 17 anos de Centros de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Especial (CEE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foi elaborado e aplicado um <strong>programa de treinamento cognitivo<\/strong> com a plataforma digital <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/neuronup.com\/solicitar-informacion\/\">NeuronUP<\/a><\/strong> que consistiu em 24 sess\u00f5es de 20 minutos cada. Foram descritos <strong>d\u00e9ficits de aten\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> (Neece et al. 2011; Hronis et al. 2017; D\u2019Souza &amp; Karmiloff-Smith, 2017), <strong>mem\u00f3ria<\/strong> (Hronis et al. 2017; Bexkens et al. 2016; Purser et al. 2005) <strong>e fun\u00e7\u00f5es executivas<\/strong> (Hronis et al. 2017; Bexkens et al. 2016; Schuiringa et al. 2017), bem como <strong>problemas no n\u00edvel comportamental<\/strong> (Arias et al. 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interven\u00e7\u00f5es psicol\u00f3gicas na defici\u00eancia intelectual (DI)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 muito comum nesta popula\u00e7\u00e3o a <strong>comorbidade com transtornos psiqui\u00e1tricos<\/strong> (Hughes-McCormack et al. 2017), pelos quais se faz necess\u00e1ria a <strong>interven\u00e7\u00e3o farmacol\u00f3gica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No que se refere \u00e0 <strong>interven\u00e7\u00e3o psicol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, \u00e9 muito comum o uso da <strong>terapia comportamental<\/strong> (Go\u00f1i et al. 2007; Ali et al. 2015; Hronis et al. 2017), <strong>cognitiva<\/strong> (Ali et al. 2015; Hronis et al. 2017; Blakeley-Smith et al. 2021), <strong>estimula\u00e7\u00e3o multissensorial<\/strong> (Cid, 2011; Lotan &#038; Gold, 2009; Basadonne et al. 2021), <strong>terapia assistida por animais<\/strong> (Maber-Aleksandrowicz et al. 2016; Hern\u00e1ndez, 2004; Wolan-Nieroda et al. 2021) e <strong>estimula\u00e7\u00e3o cognitiva<\/strong> (Roording-Ragetlie et al. 2022; Ali et al. 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta \u00faltima consiste na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de tarefas projetadas especificamente para o treinamento das <a href=\"https:\/\/neuronup.com\/br\/areas-de-intervencao\/funcoes-cognitivas\/\">fun\u00e7\u00f5es cognitivas<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anteriormente, essas tarefas eram trabalhadas no formato tradicional em papel, mas gra\u00e7as ao desenvolvimento dos<strong> dispositivos digitais<\/strong> elas <strong>tornaram-se cada vez mais comuns nas sess\u00f5es de interven\u00e7\u00e3o neuropsicol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, introduzindo tamb\u00e9m programas de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edficos. Embora existam muitos programas no mercado, s\u00e3o poucos os estudos publicados que tenham investigado o efeito das novas tecnologias nessa popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objetivos deste estudo na defici\u00eancia intelectual (DI)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>objetivos principais<\/strong> desta tese s\u00e3o os seguintes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Realizar uma revis\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica da literatura cient\u00edfica sobre os artigos que avaliaram os efeitos desses tipos de interven\u00e7\u00f5es nessa popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Adaptar e avaliar as caracter\u00edsticas psicom\u00e9tricas do teste ABC-2 (Aberrant Behavior<br \/>Checklist) em nossa popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Identificar as fun\u00e7\u00f5es cognitivas e os aspectos comportamentais mais comumente<br \/>afetados em crian\u00e7as e jovens com DI do ponto de vista dos familiares,<br \/>profissionais e da pr\u00f3pria crian\u00e7a.<\/li><li>Utilizar as novas tecnologias por meio de tarefas projetadas para crian\u00e7as e adolescentes<br \/>com defici\u00eancia intelectual (DI) e avaliar os efeitos dessa estimula\u00e7\u00e3o nos n\u00edveis cognitivo e comportamental.<\/li><li>Avaliar os efeitos da interven\u00e7\u00e3o de acordo com o g\u00eanero e vari\u00e1veis cl\u00ednicas.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metodologia adotada neste estudo na defici\u00eancia intelectual (DI)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de tudo, foi realizada uma <strong>revis\u00e3o da literatura cient\u00edfica publicada<\/strong> sobre a efetividade das novas tecnologias como ferramenta terap\u00eautica para a melhoria de aspectos cognitivos, acad\u00eamicos, sociais e comportamentais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, como o teste ABC-2 n\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel na popula\u00e7\u00e3o espanhola, juntamente com o autor, Dr. Aman, <strong>aperfei\u00e7oou-se a vers\u00e3o existente do ABC-Comunidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, foi realizado um <strong>estudo experimental prospectivo de casos<\/strong> (receberam interven\u00e7\u00e3o psicol\u00f3gica com novas tecnologias atrav\u00e9s da <a href=\"https:\/\/neuronup.com\/br\/produto\/\">plataforma NeuronUP<\/a>) <strong>e controles<\/strong> (n\u00e3o receberam a interven\u00e7\u00e3o), que ocorreu em diferentes centros de educa\u00e7\u00e3o especial (CEE) na demarca\u00e7\u00e3o de Tarragona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Foram administrados:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>um question\u00e1rio com dados sociodemogr\u00e1ficos, cl\u00ednicos e de h\u00e1bitos digitais;<\/li><li>a escala Kidslife (para avaliar o n\u00edvel de qualidade de vida);<\/li><li>Escala de Comportamento Adaptativo &#8211; Centros Educativos &#8211; Segunda Edi\u00e7\u00e3o (ABS-S:2) (comportamento adaptativo);<\/li><li>ABC-2 (problemas de comportamento);<\/li><li>Invent\u00e1rio de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Comportamental da Fun\u00e7\u00e3o Executiva &#8211; Vers\u00e3o Escolar, Segunda Edi\u00e7\u00e3o (BRIEF-2) (fun\u00e7\u00e3o executiva);<\/li><li>e tarefas neuropsicol\u00f3gicas computadorizadas geradas e administradas pelo programa E-Prime (obtendo-se medidas atencionais, controle inibit\u00f3rio, impulsividade e mem\u00f3ria de trabalho).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Os testes foram respondidos pelos familiares, educadores e pelos participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, o grupo experimental recebeu <strong>24 sess\u00f5es de estimula\u00e7\u00e3o cognitiva com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 20 minutos<\/strong>. Essas sess\u00f5es foram <strong>projetadas especificamente para essa popula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> por meio do programa de treinamento cognitivo NeuronUP, aplicado atrav\u00e9s de dispositivos digitais nos pr\u00f3prios centros de educa\u00e7\u00e3o especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma vez finalizada a interven\u00e7\u00e3o, foram reavaliados seus <strong>efeitos em n\u00edvel comportamental<\/strong> (ABC-2) <strong>e neuropsicol\u00f3gico<\/strong> (E-Prime e BRIEF-2) com a readministra\u00e7\u00e3o dos testes. O procedimento foi aprovado pelo comit\u00ea de \u00e9tica ISPV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclus\u00f5es deste estudo de defici\u00eancia intelectual (DI)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As <strong>conclus\u00f5es mais relevantes<\/strong> deste estudo s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A revis\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica realizada mostra que as interven\u00e7\u00f5es com dispositivos digitais em crian\u00e7as e adolescentes com defici\u00eancia intelectual, voltadas \u00e0s fun\u00e7\u00f5es cognitivas e \u00e0s habilidades comportamentais, s\u00e3o potencialmente ben\u00e9ficas devido \u00e0 melhoria do funcionamento executivo.<\/li><li>O teste ABC-2, traduzido para nossa popula\u00e7\u00e3o, obteve excelente confiabilidade e boa validade, sugerindo sua viabilidade para ser validado e administrado em crian\u00e7as e jovens espanh\u00f3is com defici\u00eancia intelectual.<\/li><li>As fun\u00e7\u00f5es executivas mais afetadas foram inibi\u00e7\u00e3o, autocontrole, \u00edndice de regula\u00e7\u00e3o comportamental, flexibilidade, controle emocional, \u00edndice de regula\u00e7\u00e3o emocional e \u00edndice geral de FE.<\/li><li>Foi projetado e aplicado um programa espec\u00edfico de treinamento cognitivo e, ap\u00f3s tr\u00eas sess\u00f5es de treinamento com NeuronUP, observou-se uma melhoria em tarefas relacionadas \u00e0 aten\u00e7\u00e3o, velocidade de processamento e mem\u00f3ria de trabalho.<\/li><li>Todos os participantes melhoraram independentemente do grau de defici\u00eancia intelectual ou do g\u00eanero nas tarefas com NeuronUP, sugerindo que, se as atividades forem personalizadas \u00e0s capacidades de cada indiv\u00edduo, todas as crian\u00e7as e jovens com DI podem se beneficiar no seu pr\u00f3prio ritmo.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
