(1956)<\/strong> e popularizado por Conners no TDAH, o CPT \u00e9 o teste de refer\u00eancia para avaliar aten\u00e7\u00e3o sustentada. Sua estrutura do tipo go\/no-go coloca \u00e0 prova a <strong>vigil\u00e2ncia<\/strong>, a <strong>discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o perceptiva<\/strong> (Teoria de Detec\u00e7\u00e3o de Sinais) e o <strong>controle inibit\u00f3rio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A aparente simplicidade esconde uma alta sensibilidade cl\u00ednica: detecta dificuldades atencionais no TDAH, esclerose m\u00faltipla, TCE, esquizofrenia e doen\u00e7as neurodegenerativas (Riccio et al., 2002; Huang-Pollock et al., 2012).
